Exchange and Return
*All products sold on our website are made to order and returns are not accepted. *Exchange can only be made once. *Products that have been used, damaged, have a perfume/deodorant smell, have a sweat smell or have been tried on in a way that leaves a mark cannot be exchanged. Exchange for products sold as a set is possible by sending the entire set together. *The package is under the responsibility of the customer until it reaches the exchange address. ESPELAS does not assume responsibility for packages that are damaged or lost during shipping. Make sure to pack the product securely and make a trackable shipment.
Payment and Delivery
* Delivery time is 3-10 business days. * Your orders are delivered to the cargo company. * When you place an order, the product will be specially sewn for you. * ESPELAS is not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur in the cargo. * Your invoice will be sent to you via e-mail after it is shipped. * Your order and credit card information will be collected with the 256bit SSL protection system provided by IYZICO. * It is kept as a pre-provision before it is shipped. * After your order is shipped, payment is taken according to the order amount.
