About Membership

To become a member of our store, it is sufficient to go to our Membership Transactions page and fill in the relevant sections. It is very important to fill in your membership information correctly and completely in terms of the possibility of communication and transportation problems. Please fill in carefully and completely for the fast and healthy delivery of products and services. Becoming a member is a very simple and fast process. Being a member does not mean that you have undertaken any obligation. However, please read the Sales Agreement carefully before shopping. You have the right to terminate your membership at any time.

Membership Cancellation

The member has the right to terminate his/her membership at any time. After terminating your membership, all your relations with our site will be terminated. In order to terminate your membership, you must submit your request from our contact information page after logging in.

Membership cannot be cancelled in the following cases:

If 60 days have not passed since the member's last order.

If a membership cancellation request was made with a different e-mail address

If the member cannot be reached through his/her registered information

Membership will be cancelled by us in the following cases:

If the member sends immoral messages or comments

If attempted fraud

Attempts to harm the system or the Surikka name.

Member Security

Different Address

There is an address section for each member to enter a different address other than their registered address when finalizing an order. The address section is designed to be used when sending gifts to your friends, as well as when you are at different addresses.

Product Reviews
